  • Am I able to do returns?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow returns on any items. We do allow in store exchanges or in store credit for the following items! Unopened packages on hair extensions / braiding Unopened hair products / general merchandise items The following items are not qualified for in store exchanges or in store credit: Wigs / Ponytails Cosmetics Skin Care Jewelry Electric items: If they are faulty, we will replace them within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, you must follow the brand warranty and instructions. Any clearance items are FINAL SALE!
