Unfortunately, we do not allow returns on any items.
We do allow in store exchanges or in store credit for the following items!
Unopened packages on hair extensions / braiding
Unopened hair products / general merchandise items
The following items are not qualified for in store exchanges or in store credit:
Wigs / Ponytails
Cosmetics
Skin Care
Jewelry
Electric items: If they are faulty, we will replace them within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, you must follow the brand warranty and instructions.
Any clearance items are FINAL SALE!
